Come home to your body.
Regulate your nervous system.
Create real change.
Embodied mentorship, body-based healing, and nervous system support for people who are tired of overthinking, overwhelm, and healing that never seems to fully stick.
You are not broken.
You are likely overstimulated.
Over-adapted and disconnected from your body.
So many people have insight but still feel stuck in the same patterns.
They understand themselves mentally, but their body is still bracing, pushing, overthinking, or shutting down.
Root & Rise is a space to slow down enough to actually listen.
To the body.
To the nervous system.
To what is true underneath the noise.
This work is not about fixing you. It is about helping you build enough safety and steadiness for real change to happen.
Slow is not weakness.
Slow is how change becomes sustainable.
Rooted
A 3-month embodied mentorship for people who are ready to stop overriding their body and begin living differently.
This is where we move beyond insight and start building real, integrated change.
Inside Rooted, we work with nervous system regulation, pattern awareness, emotional processing, and embodiment so the shifts you make actually stay with you.
This is not fast work.
It is honest, steady, body-led work.
Spinal Flow
A body-based nervous system support for those ready to work through the body. Spinal Flow is gentle, hands-on practice designed to help the body release stored stress, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect you to a deeper sense of ease.
This is a strong place to begin if you are feeling overwhelmed, braced, disconnected from your body, or like your system has been carrying too much for too long.
