Seven weeks. Six Women. One Room.
Rooted in the Body is a 7-week in-person somatic coaching program built around the seven Spinal Flow Pathways — a map through the body from your base to your crown. Each week we move through one Pathway, one somatic practice, one layer deeper.
We use Human Design and astrology not as personality labels but as a personalizing lens — language that helps each woman understand how her body specifically works, how she's wired to make decisions, and where she tends to override herself.
The group is the container. Six women maximum — small enough to be intimate, structured enough to create real change.

Landing
Before anything can shift, your nervous system needs to feel safe enough to let it. We start at the foundation — grounding, safety, the body's survival intelligence. You'll receive your personal Human Design and astrology introduction as a map, not a box.
Week 1
Listening
Your body has been sending signals. This week you learn to hear them. We work with interoception, emotional current, and the practice of asking your body a question before your brain answers it. This is where body trust begins.
Week 2
Releasing
Stress is meant to move through you — not live in you. We work with incomplete stress cycles, the cost of chronic over-functioning, and the breathwork practices that let something finally finish moving.
Week 3
Resourcing
You cannot regulate from empty. This week we build your personal resource menu — not a generic list, but a somatic exploration of what actually works for this specific body. We work with self-compassion as a nervous system practice, not a concept.
Week 4
Reclaiming
Burnout creates a self that performs rather than lives. This week we find the woman underneath the roles and the fatigue. We ask the question most of us are afraid to answer honestly — who are you when no one needs anything from you?
Week 5
Relating
Your nervous system doesn't exist in isolation. We work with co-regulation, boundaries as body information, and the Pause Pathway — the seat of inner knowing that gets overridden in relationship. We practice feeling the difference between your energy and someone else's.
Week 6
Relating
Rooting
Full circle. We return to where we started and notice what has shifted. A closing ceremony. A letter from your body. And a clear path forward — because this isn't the end. This is what you build from.

Inside Each Session
Arrival & Grounding
Teaching (nervous system education + Pathway introduction)
Guided Practice (breathwork, somatic movement, body-based process work)
Group Coaching (live, woven from what arose in practice)
Integration & Closing (journaling prompt + weekly home practice)
