What is Rooted in the body?
Rooted in the Body is a space to slow down, reconnect, and begin building a different relationship with yourself.
This work weaves together nervous system education, somatic practices , embodiment, personalized guidance , and the tools that best support your unique healing journey.
There isn’t one path. There isn’t one method. There isn’t one answer.
Because everybody is different.
Instead of asking you to fit into a system, we’ll discover what your body responds to and build from there.
It’s about remembering who are beneath the patterns that helped you survive.

The Root Session

A focused experience for those wanting clarity direction, and a place to begin. perfect if you’re looking for insight, personalized guidance, or wanting to experience this work before going deeper.
The Rise Experience
A place to deepen.
A deeper container for creating lasting change, building nervous system capacity, stregnthing self-trust, and integrating the work into your everyday life.
Every experience is personalized because no two bodies , nervous systems, or healing journeys are the same.
Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, we’ll explore what your body needs to feel safe, supported and connected.
Awareness
Learn to recognize your body’s signals, understand your nervous system, and notice the patterns that have shaped the way you move.
Regulation
build capacity to navigate stress, overwhelm, and uncertainty with greater resilience and flexibility.
Release
gently create space for your body to let go go stored tension, protective patterns, and experience that longer serves you - always at a pace that feels safe and supportive
Response
Create space between what happens and how you respond. Strengthen emotional regulation, communication, boundaries, and your ability to respond with intuition stead of survival.
Reconnection
Reconnect with your body, your intuition, and your inner wisdom. strength self-trust and discover what truly supports your unique way of healing.
Integration
Bring what you learn into your everyday life so the work extends beyond our sessions and becomes part of how you live, relate, lead and care for yourself.
What Sessions look like
There is no script and no one-size-fits-all approach.
Each session begins by meeting you exactly where you are. From there, we'll work with your body's cues, your nervous system, and what feels ready to be explored.
Together we may work with:
• Grounding and nervous system check-ins
• Somatic coaching and guided inquiry
• Polyvagal-informed nervous system education
• Breathwork and body-based practices
• Emotional processing and pattern awareness
• Integration practices to support lasting change
Every session is personalized. The goal isn't to force transformation—it's to create the conditions where your body can begin to feel safe enough for change to happen.
Ways to Begin
Root
A single 90-minute session.
A space to pause, reconnect, and begin listening to what your body has been trying to tell you.
Rise
12 weeks of ongoing support.
For those ready to build nervous system capacity, deepen self-trust, and create sustainable change through consistent, personalized support.
This isn't about becoming someone new.
Your body doesn't need more fixing.
It needs more listening.
Healing isn't measured by how much you've learned, how many books you've read, or how many modalities you've tried. It's measured by how safely you can move through your own life—how you respond instead of react, how you trust yourself, and how connected you feel to your body.
