Your Body isn’t a problem to solve.

It’s a relationship to rebuild.

You can understand your patterns and still find yourself living them.

Root&Rise Embodied helps you bridge the gap between knowing and embodying through bodywork, somatic coaching, and embodied practice.

You already know a lot about yourself.

You’ve read the books. You’ve listened to the podcasts. Maybe you’ve done therapy, coaching, or years of personal growth.

and still, your body may brace, overthink, people-please, self-abandon, shut down, struggle to receive or repeat patterns you already understand.

This is where we work.

Heya, I’m Alicia

I’m the human behind Root&Rise Embodied.

I work with the body because sometimes you can understand the hell out of a pattern and still find yourself living it.

My work is about helping you notice what your body is doing, understand what it may be asking for, and build a different relationship with yourself from there.

Less fixing. Less forcing. More listening, capacity, and actually living what you already know.

  • "It's like the permission slip I didn't know I needed"

    —Haliey Begger (Rooted)

  • "woah, my hips feel so much better and I can acutally feel my feet"

    —Megan Lachenmaier (Spinal Flow )

  • "I just love them they allow me to slow down and reconnect"

    —Stephanie Jessen (Monthly Breathwork Class)

  • "I always feel more connected and relaxed,Way less anxiety whenever i leave a session"

    —Jo Smith (Spinal Flow)

You don’t have to know exactly what you need.

Start with the kind of support you’re looking for.
